As soon as I put the USB charger in the cigarette lighter, several electrical problems came up: The cigarette lighter is located just below the audio system and the volume from the system became scratchy and when I tried to adjust the volume, it dropped way down and wouldn't come back up. The display on the system also dimmed way down. I turned the ignition off, removed the USB charger, disconnected the negative side of the battery, waited 10 minutes, reconnected the battery and everything returned to normal. Your charger could have caused serious damage to my car, hopefully I took it out in time. Thanks for subjecting me to your low quality part.

The dual-port charger is great. When I'm at work, I use it in my car.

This has been the perfect addition to my car. Everything charges quickly, including my phone, iPad, and other gadgets. It's simple to switch between devices, and I like that it has a USB-C port.

Compared to other car chargers I've used, this one operates much more efficiently. It charges even more quickly and effectively!
